I wanted to reflect on a crazy day I had this weekend and point out how different my life is today compared to just 1 year ago.&lt;br /&gt;To put it mildly this week was a learning experience to say the least. It doesn't take much to upset the balance that I have worked so hard to establish in my life. I can see that the successes that I have had at FTS have been a direct result of EVERYTHING I do in my life. Sometimes I lose the appreciation I should have for how great my life really is. Of course, something will come along and try to sabotage my life and it is these moments that I see how easily it would be to fall back into the ways I used to live and my bad eating habits.&lt;br /&gt;On Tuesday March 2, 2010 I found myself waking up late and rushing out the door with no breakfast. I found that my mornings are the most important part of my day and I have to have breakfast. &lt;br /&gt;The day just got crazier and crazier with me having to be in multiple places at the same time. I started to feel sad, sick , and tired. When I finally slowed down at 10pm I realized that I had only one meal and it was unhealthy at best. On top of that I didn't even get a workout in and was getting to bed late.&lt;br /&gt;It was a big eye opening lesson for me. I know that most of you probably relate to what I am saying and I see people everyday that live in a state of chaos from waking to sleeping but never make the change.&lt;br /&gt;One of the things that our house has made a priority is to do less stuff. It has been through the continuing process of change and never settling for good enough that has made my life so great.&lt;br /&gt;I thank God that I no longer live in that other world, the one I lived in a year ago. Well, among other things I want to post in this blog is some examples of meals I eat.&lt;br /&gt;A typical breakfast for me is consumed around 6am.
