Breakfast 101


People are always asking me what I eat. Well, among other things I want to post in this blog is some examples of meals I eat.
A typical breakfast for me is consumed around 6am. This gives me enough time to digest my food before my first WOD at 10am.
Most days I eat the following:
2 Eggs over Medium, (Can't stand the runny white stuff)
3 slices of turkey bacon, (Oscar Myer is my favorite and it just seems to cook better)
2 small Oranges
1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil that I cook my eggs in.
1/4 medium Avacado
I eat a bit more fat than is recommended for initial weight loss, so if you are just starting out choose either the olive oil or the avocado, not both.
I also take 2 capsules of fish oil.
